This Post-it poster shows a “couple” sleeping with the slogan “For the little things you’ll forget”. The product appears in the face of the woman like she would be an object wich the man could forget. This consideration makes me think that we are in front of a case discriminatory against women, in spite of her body appears linked to the product, because it shows a stereotype that denigrates women colective for being contrary to equality. For this reason, we could say we are in front of a case of discriminatory advertising, so it would be unlawfull and, therefore, illegal.

I consider this illicit advertising, since it tries to discriminate against the woman and therefore it is opposite to the human dignity and to the values and constitutional laws.

In this case, I think it’s an example of illicit advertising because it shows the woman as an object that the man could forget.
It discriminates against woman. For this reason, it’s opposite to the human dignity too and it’s prohibited by law.

This ad of Post-it presents the woman in position of inferiority. It is illegal and discriminatory to women as it is undervalued and is presented to the woman like an object. In short, it is contrary to the dignity of women and then it is illegal in Spain.

In this case, I’m agree with the article opinion, because it subjects women to degrading stereotypes.
